Malm ISA is a social enterprise that specialises in Independent Supported Accommodation for young people experiencing social exclusion, homelessness and other vulnerabilities. Every individual is unique and as such we take pride in providing personalised and unique programmes that ultimately assist the young individuals to transition into independent living as best as possible. By providing the appropriate level of living support in our accommodation in collaboration with our partners we believe the young people have the ideal environment to rebuild their lives and launch themselves back into the community.
We take great care in accommodating young individuals of any racial, gender, cultural, sexual orientation or religious background. Over time as the young people continue to make strides towards independence we will continuously work with them in providing them all the assistance they may require such as budgeting, mentoring and just being there when they need us. This is done with the assistance of our multi agency network of various professionals. Our tenants can expect varying levels of support from the minimum right up to bespoke support including floating support arrangements.
All staff have undergone an enhanced police check DBS and medical check. References are checked and additional ones requested where necessary.
